Director of Clinic Operations
"I truly enjoy working with the client’s at RHS and feel that it is my job to advocate for them on many levels in order for them to experience and maintain stabilization. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team (in house and within the community) is important to me in assisting with that success. I have always had an interest in mental illness and have enjoyed working in the community helping people reach goals in different aspects of their lives for over 20 years. I received a BSN in Nursing from Idaho State University in 2008 and have worked in mental health since graduation."
"I have worked for RHS since October 2014. Previous to working at RHS, I worked for a hospital in Boise for over a year. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Boise State University in 2013. I have over six years experience working in the healthcare field. Being a nurse is something I have always wanted to do, I like interacting with patients and making a difference in thier lives. I enjoy working as a psychiatric nurse and I have found it to be challenging, but a rewarding experience. "
"I grew up in the Idaho Falls area. I am very pleased to be able to work and serve in the area where I grew up. I attended Idaho State University and received a Bachelor of Science in 2015 and my Master of Physician Assistant Studies in August of 2017. I received training in family practice, orthopedics, general surgery, emergency medicine, urgent care, and psychiatric medicine. I previously worked at the Behavioral Health Center and have always been drawn to the mental health field. I enjoy working at RHS where I have the opportunity to care for both my patients' physical and mental health."
Kolt is scheduling clients Monday through Friday. He sees clients for out Family Medical Clinic and Behavioral Health Clinic.
"I am so excited to be back in Idaho and working with the patients at RHS. I have been in Utah working as a Physician Assistant in Family Practice and Pain Management for the past 20 years. I grew up in Ririe and got my Associates Degree from Ricks College in Pre-Physical therapy, I got bachelor degrees from Idaho State University in Zoology with a Chemistry minor, and Medical Technology, with a couple years at BYU - Hawaii. I was in the first class to graduate from the Physician Assistant program at Idaho State University."
Kathy Heming is now scheduling clients. She brings 20+ years experience which includes pain management, therefore we will be looking to build that piece of our clinic in the near future.
"I started working at RHS in September 2014. I received my Associates in Science from Eastern Idaho Technical College in 2007. I spent 9 years in the military serving as a medical specialist. I have enjoyed every moment I get to work with clients in all aspects of their care. I have dedicated myself to get blood work done as painlessly, quickly, and accurately as I can. I have 20 years experience in medical assisting. "
