Alicia Jacobson
Billing Specialist
Alicia Jacobson has been with RHS for the past six years. She began her journey here as a receptionist, and in 2024, transitioned into her current role as a Billing Specialist. In this position, Alicia helps patients manage their accounts and ensure they receive the support they need. She is passionate about helping people understand that seeking help for mental health is a positive step forward.
Alicia's goal is to continue growing professionally and to create new opportunities within the organization. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two kids and husband. She also enjoys visiting the farmers market and gardening, which help her stay connected to my community and nature.
