Comprehensive Agency for Medical & Mental Health Needs

Rehabilitative Health Services was established in August of 1998 and is currently in its 25th year of operation. RHS operates with an Executive Team which consists of the four current owners, DeVere T. Hunt (CEO) MS; Heather Moore (VP Clinical Operations) BSN – RN; Blake Bingham (VP CB Operations) CPRP; and Brett Hampton (VP Therapeutic Operations) LCSW.

RHS currently has collaborative partnerships with Badger, Inc. who provides staffing and administration for the Behavioral Health Crisis Center of East Idaho (BHCC) and Center for Hope in Idaho Falls and with Best, LLC who contracts staffing and administration for South East Idaho Behavioral Crisis Center (SEIBCC) and Center for Hope South Chapter in Pocatello.

  • Family Medicine

    RHS Family Medical’s mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centered, high-quality care that is available to patients from childhood through adulthood. We specialize in wellness programs, adult immunizations, women's and men's health, geriatrics, patient education, and much more. Our goal is to provide services that improve and maintain your and your family's health.

  • Behavioral Health Medication Management

    Behavioral health focuses on an individual's negative behaviors and emotions and their impact on their mental well-being. We offer professional help for concerns like anxiety disorders, personality disorders, anger management, grief, depression, and trauma. Our RHS Behavioral Health Clinic uses integrated, holistic, evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and medication management. 

  • Therapy & Counseling

    Professional therapy offers a safe space to explore life challenges and find helpful coping skills. We provide a variety of therapy options such as individual counseling, couples counseling, group therapy, and family therapy. Our licensed providers treat individuals with behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, marital issues, PTSD, grief, and more.

  • Adolescent PHP/IOP (RHS CARES for YOUth)

    Our PHP/IOP YOUth adolescent intensive programs provide intensive therapy, case management, treatment, and care for youth ages 12 to 17. A mental health professional who conducts wellness checks and offers counseling services to help you break from addictive behaviors and reduce mental illness symptoms so you can live your best life. Other benefits that adolescents can get from the PHP/IOP program include individual therapy, family therapy, nutrition support, and crisis services.

  • Adult & Child Neuropsychological Testing

    Neuropsychological testing has proven valuable in diagnosing ailments where physical pathology has failed and in detecting numerous disorders and developmental disabilities. At RHS, we conduct customized assessments for children and adults suspected to be suffering from dementia, learning disabilities, brain injury, and other psychiatric disorders. The tests provide detailed information on areas like cognitive abilities, neurological functioning, academic abilities, and more. Our goal is to clarify the diagnosis for you and match it with the appropriate treatment for complete recovery.

  • CBRS & Case Management

    Licensed social workers and certified professionals at RHS work hard to provide a community-based program to assist those recovering from severe and persistent mental illness. Our comprehensive approach to your individual needs, as you re-integrate back into the community, increases your chances of recovery and achieving independence. our case management services range from housing, employment assistance, education, childcare, counseling, and proper health care.

  • Addiction & Trauma Recovery

    We work one-on-one with you to create an individualized plan specific to your needs and goals so you can live the present to its fullest. If you have turned to substance abuse to relieve stress, deal with grief, or avoid facing past trauma, RHS can help. We specialize in treating addictions ranging from painkillers, opioids, alcohol, bath salts, steroids, PCP, and hallucinogens.   • Peer, Youth, & Family Support

    Mental health clients who have become stable can become certified as a Peer Support Specialist or PSS. Having lived through a similar experience and undergone extensive training, a PSS can offer counseling to other individuals dealing with mental illness and give them practical advice for everyday life. A PSS can help an individual or a family with a child dealing with behavioral health needs to stay motivated and focus on their recovery goals for the best possible outcome.

  • Early Serious Mental Illness [ESMI] Star

    Is your loved one starting to withdraw from family and friends, looks extremely demotivated with life, or hears sounds that others can't? Through our ESMI STAR program, we can teach the individual and their relatives/supporters to cope with early mental health symptoms while working toward having a rich, full life.

  • Neurofeedback

    Neurofeedback is a passive training method to teach the brain to function in a more balanced and healthy way by providing perfect learning conditions. Neurofeedback training has been proven to improve brain reduce symptoms for trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and addiction.
