Payment Options and Information
Rehabilitative Health Services provides essential medical and mental health services regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. We offer many options in payment flexibility. Discounts and adjustments of fees are offered based on household income and size for those who do not have any insurance. For those with adequate income yet no insurance, a cash-discounted fee is offered. For those with a limited income and no insurance, a sliding fee schedule is used to calculate the basic discount and is updated each year using the federal poverty guidelines. Please note that this is only offered on a limited, income-based, and case-by-case basis. The fee will be based on and determined upon acceptance by the clinical director. All paperwork must be filled out completely to determine eligibility for this program. Please call our office at (208) 523-5319 for more information.
*Only counseling services, psychiatric medication services, and psychological testing services are eligible for the sliding scale fee discount.
