Faith Borland
Service Extender
Faith Borland, MA, is a Service Extender in the Psychological Testing Department. She received her Bachelor’s in Political Science and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University. She earned her Master’s in Forensic Psychology from George Washington University. She has been working at RHS since 2020.
Faith has five years of mental health experience. She first started working as a Case Manager at the Behavioral Health Crisis Center of Eastern Idaho. She learned the spectrum of mental health concerns and gained a new appreciation for compassion and empathy. In her time there, Faith helped develop the training manual to be used for educating new hires.
Faith transitioned to working in the Psychological Testing Department where she administers testing measures under the guidance of the licensed psychologist. She works closely with the psychologist and the other service extender, to determine best practices and which testing measures are best to support the needs of clients.
Faith is currently earning her Master’s in Social Work to become a licensed counselor. In what little free time she has, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, playing video games, and watching scary movies with friends.
