Kayla Binggeli has been with RHS since February 2010, beginning her career as a receptionist and working her way up over the years. With 17 years of experience in the mental health field, starting back in 2008, Kayla has built a solid foundation in client care and administrative support.
Over the years, Kayla has become very familiar with the ins and outs of RHS, taking the time to learn the company’s culture and processes. Early on, she made it a point to learn each client’s name to create a more welcoming and personalized experience. As RHS grew, Kayla transitioned into a clerical supervisor role, and when the company launched its psychological testing department, she took on the role of manager and receptionist. Her commitment to the department and leadership skills led her to her current position as Executive Team Assistant, where she supports the leadership team and oversees the operations of the psychological testing program.
Outside of her work at RHS, Kayla is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration at Idaho State University (ISU). Her long-term goal is to continue finding ways to improve the efficiency of mental health organizations, ensuring better operations and client care.
