In Mindi's current role at the front desk of RHS Headquarters, she is responsible for checking in patients and handling incoming phone calls. These daily interactions allow her to be the first point of contact and set the tone
for a positive patient experience.
Mindi is committed to furthering her career in the mental health field by becoming an expert mental health receptionist. She actively seeks out opportunities for growth through training and hands-on experience and is eager to
expand her skills to better serve patients and support her team.
