With a strong foundation in Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS), Sierra ha gained extensive experience working as a Case Manager, where she supported individuals in accessing mental health services and resources tailored to their unique needs. Over the years, she has advanced to the role of Supervisor of the Case Management Team, ensuring the effective delivery of client services and maintaining high standards of care.
In addition to Sierra's supervisory responsibilities, she has served as a Crisis Service Evaluation Coordinator, where she was responsible for assessing crisis situations, coordinating emergency mental health responses, and ensuring appropriate interventions. Her combined experience in case management, team leadership, and crisis evaluation has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of mental health services, client care, and program management. Sierra is passionate about fostering collaborative, client-centered approaches to improving mental health outcomes.
In Sierra's position, she manages client cases, develops personalized care plans, and coordinates a wide range of services to ensure seamless support. She is a strong advocate for my clients, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and community agencies to ensure continuity of care. Additionally, she assists clients in building essential skills, such as effective communication, problem-solving, and resource management.
Sierra's long-term goal is to become an entrepreneur and own her own business. While she is still exploring different industries and opportunities, she is focused on gaining the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to build a successful business that aligns with her passions and strengths. She is committed to continuous learning and seeking out opportunities that will help her develop the leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills needed to eventually launch and grow her own venture.
