Tamara Melville is a certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Dr. Melville obtained both her Master and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degrees from the University of Utah, specializing in psychiatric mental health advanced practice nursing.
Tamara has been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for over 18 years and has been in the nursing field for over 30 years. She offers psychopharmacologic treatment for children, adolescents, and adult clients. Her clinical experience has been primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults in residential and partial hospitalization settings. She is competent to provide treatment in person as well as online. She has advanced training in substance use disorders and eating disorder treatment. Her clinical focus is on eating disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use disorders.
