Tiffany earned her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology at Idaho State University in 2009. In 2018, Tiffany completed her Masters of Social work at Northwest Nazarene University. Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma and substance use disorders. With a compassionate, client-centered approach and a deep understanding of the interconnected nature of mental health and addiction, Tiffany integrates evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients heal from past wounds and build sustainable paths to recovery. Tiffany works collaboratively with clients to foster resilience, healing, and meaningful change. Her practice is rooted in the belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth, and that healing occurs in safe, empowering therapeutic relationships.
Tiffany’s clinical focus includes working with adults who have experienced complex trauma, are in recovery from substance use, or are managing co-occurring psychiatric conditions and working with adolescents who have experienced trauma and mental health challenges. Tiffany is dedicated to creating a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and develop strategies for long-term wellness.
