Whitney Riggs, CPRC
PHP/IOP Case Manager
Whitney Riggs is a dedicated Case Manager in the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs at RHS. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from BYU-Idaho and brings over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Since joining RHS in 2010, Whitney has focused her career on supporting teens and families facing the challenges of mental illness and substance use.
Whitney is known for her compassionate, hands-on approach and her ability to form meaningful connections with adolescents. Whitney excels at helping teens navigate emotional struggles, while also working closely with parents to build stronger, healthier family relationships. Her work is grounded in empathy, trust, and a deep belief in the potential of every young person she serves.
Outside of her role at RHS, Whitney enjoys camping, ATV riding, reading, baking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their three beloved goldendoodles.
